My son has SWCAH and our favorate picture of him is at 3 months old sucking on a  huge pickle with the juice running down his face.  He has the happiest smile on his face, pure bliss!  So YES, sour, spicy, salty....he love it!  Or it could also be that he’s of German heritage and that’s just how I cook at home.  My boys fight for who gets to drink the cucumber salad dressing left in the bowl.
