My family is of German descent as well and my daughter has SWCAH.  but one thing that her endo told me was that he sees large majorities of CAH in multiracial couples.  I am caucasian and her father is african american.  Her endo is in Los Angeles and the majority of the kids he sees are from multiracial families.
