Our 11 yr old swcah daughter (diagnosed at birth) has just started her first period.  I am excited yet concerned.  I have always wanted her to have the best life.  I want her to experience or be able to experience all the joys of woman hood.  Her recent labs have shown her 17-ohp to be elevated (2030) this last times and about double that the time before.  Now that the meds were increased accordingly (within the last 3-4 weeks) she started her period.  My thinking is the meds are supressing the testosterone as they should be and this has now allowed her body to function as it should have.  Does this sound right or is there some more I may need to consider?
