I think the 95% range is quite OK for a 10 month old.  However, I am not familiar with the type of CAH you described - 3Beta HSD, but most children with CAH have more than one dose of Cortef a day.  I have never heard of dosing a baby with just one dose per day.  Once again, I am not familiar with the type of CAH you daughter has and this may be the correct dosing, just wondering!
