All four of my children were in the 95% range from birth until 2 1/2 years old (for height and weight).  Only one has CAH. 

I don’t think there is a correct answer to your question.  It could be related, but you’ll never know.

My 14 year old (non-CAH) was always the tallest in her class as a youngster.  Now at full height, she is only 5’ 4".  My 12 year old (SVCAH) at full height is 5’ 8" (she was on growth hormone).
