Our 5 year old had a tooth pulled recently and we didn’t alter her dose at all.  However, there was no anesthetic used.  I was of the belief that if local anesthetic was used it was not necessary to stress dose.  It would be advisable just to check with your Endo on this.  It also probably depends on how "stressed" the procedure makes  your daughter, if it really upsets her it might be just as well off giving her a little extra meds.
