My daughter, too has eczema.  It is due to food allergies.  We had her blood tested to see what she was allergic too.  There is a test called the ELISA act which tests for delayed sentisitivities.  Some traditionaly DR.’s don’t believe in it.  It has given us info that has been sooo valuable to her health.  She is dairy allergic (not just lactose intolerant), also cherries, cauliflower, many preservatives and chocolate.  Once these were identified and avoided the eczema cleared up.  It’s a pain but definately better than a bazillion different creams and such.  Good luck.  Julia
