I have a 5 year old son (who doesn’t have CAH) with exzema and we tried SO many things in the beginning...different lotions, creams, etc. The doctors just couldnt seem to find anything that was helping. I finally took him to a dermatologist who prescribed Protopic for him and while his skin is far from perfect, it is much better. He has a severe allergy to peanuts, and to several other things also, and has just started taking allergy shots twice a week. I’m hoping the little fella will get some relief. He, too, would lie awake at night itching. Elidel didn’t help him at all.
