Cherry LaneAngela,
I am sincere about you getting the story you need and do not mean to come across so uncaring. Please undrestand that we (Parents/Grandparents) are overly protective of our childrens condition . These little beings have been through the mill and have been exploited and had there illness perceived in so many NEGATIVE ways. Maybe we are wrong to judge you so harshly on wanting to do something to help. For this I am sorry......... but understand our fears and hesitation of wanting stories and media telling what THEY think the public needs to be aware of. To you and the readers of the story it is only an article on CAH. For us and our CAH children it is our way of life and somedays are better than others. Ones perception of CAH can vary as easily as how much water someone drinks per day. We are all different in our views and protocol of treating CAH and its effects on our personal lives. The one thing we do have in common is WANTING more public awareness and research done for CAH. So if you are sincere in this story for the benefit of our children please consider the pain it will bring many of us to see our childrens disorder misrepresented.
Sincerely Cherry Lane
