Thanks, that’s what I thought. My 1 year old has recently been switched back to cortef after a 4 month roller coaster ride with his 17OHP going from 1120 (the lowest its ever been) to over 14,000 (the highest its ever been).  He was on cortef, then switched to prednizone, then switched to dex... now back to cortef within 4 months. His height and weight are in normal range, his bone age is average. I’m not sure what his levels are currently being that his first endo stopped ordering blood work(whole other story) and his most recent results are not back yet from his new doc.

Sometimes I wonder what docs really know???
