WOW! That was the best thing I have read on this post!!! I wish you would of wrote this when I applied for SSI. Like I have been saying I’m also the grandparent and fought this for 4 yrs now for my grandson who has SWCAH. I had to give up. My lawyer would no longer persue this and I had to go to like the Supreme Court or something and file all these things which I could not do alone. I would of loved to give them that speech you just wrote!!!!!!! You are so right on this subject. I will apply again and start a new claim. I will not give up.
