I agree Rebecca that CAH should not be used as an excuse for bad behaviour - the point I was trying to make, as Kelly was asking, that when meds are off, behaviour can change.  I also do not consider this as  over-coddling, just pointing out facts, to someone who asked. If a teacher is aware of this, they can of course deal with it much better, especially when the child is young and certainly inform the parents! When my child’s meds were off, and once when a tablet was forgotten, the behaviour was not bad but very tearful!
