My son will be 4 this month and he has SWCAH.  I do not know if it is the CAH, but he is extremely smart!  In fact I worry he may know too much because I teach also and I know when a kid knows too much they often get board in school.  He has known all his colors since he was 18 monthes old, and all his shapes by age two.  Also, his day care provider said that he is by far the smartest child she has ever kept over her 15 years of experience.  He amazes me sometimes.  He can spell several words and is learning how to write.  No one has really tried to teach him any of this he remembers everything.  I have always read to him and talked to him, but other than that not much else.
