It is probably the way you caught Dr. Scott. I really love her. She gives as much time as we need to us, she answers our questions and is very thorough. You might have caught her at a bad time. We used to have Dr. Flannery (who is gone now) but I like Dr. Scott a whole lot. Her nurse practitioner, Cindy, is good, too.
