Not sure this has anything to do with the original topic...but when I was around 6 months pregnant with my SWCAH son, I had one of the 4-D ultrasounds done by an ultrasound technician at my ob-gyn’s office. The tech saw something "abnormal" with his brain...she called it dilation of the 3rd ventricle. My ob-gyn also done another ultrasound and apparently saw the same thing, so I was referred to a specialist several hours away. An ultrasound was done there, and it showed up normal. This pregnancy was very different from the beginning, compared to the other three. I gained more weight than normal, had some problems with my blood sugar levels, the baby was born a bit smaller than expected. I had a strange feeling all along, and the ob-gyn said he did too...Momof4
Anyway, my baby is almost 5 months old, loves to "coo" and laughs at everyone, is a happy little guy. Seems pretty on target for the most part, except that he isnt rolling over yet, and all of my other childre were doing this much earlier. My mother say’s maybe I hold him too much and dont ever give him a chance to roll over...not sure though. His pediatrician and the nurse at the endo’s office both say that they think he could if he wanted to. Maybe he’s just not interested :)
Sorry for rambling...just wanted to put my two cent’s worth in.
