I also have the same as Jenni, my eldest with CAH, my next one a carrier and my last none of the above.  I’ve got a friend who has 2 children and they are both CAH and another lady I know her two are also both CAH, so I really do think it comes down to luck.  When we thought of having more children I must admit CAH wasn’t even thought about. it was more whether my body could handle another pregnancy more than anything(bad back) and the time factor.  The plus on having a sibling with CAH is by then you’d be and old hand and the siblings would always have each other for support.  All the best in whatever you decide.
