Hi.  My husband and I have 2 daughters and they both have sswcah.  When our 2nd was diagnosed in utero we really thought there was no way we could "handle" double of everything- meds, illnesses, hospital trips (and there have been many!- some at the same time).  But, we quickly settled into a routine and learned quickly how to deal with anything that comes our way.  We have also made it a point to live near family so we have extra help.  Best wishes to you!  Tonia
