Hi - I have two boys (ages 5 and 6) both with SWCAH.  My 6 year old had an adrenal crisis at 2 weeks old and my 5 year old was diagnosed with an amnio.  I do have to say it has gotten  easier as they have gotten older.  They take their meds together in the morning and evening, they go together to see their endocrinologist, and they take blood work together.  They are somewhat a team, when one is sick or hospitalized, the other comforts him and cares for him.     I think because they both have to do these things they feel this is "normal".
