i just came out of hospital after having a crisis and usually when i’m out and after all the solucortef injections and salien i usually feel alittle heavy on the chest as if something is is weighing on my lungs but this time i feel as though every bone/joint/muscel and organ feels heavy and exahusted

 

is this natrual ?
