I have 2 sons with SWCAH (14 and 10) and I have been going back and forth to the endo. for 14 years and have never hear any relationship to CAH and low blood sugar.  Help me understand.  We have had many trip s to the ER for stomach bugs and related things.  Once my youngest son went to bed fine, woke up that morning have a seizure.  Of course it scared us to death and we went to ER.  Could not find any signs of why?  Spent 2 days in hospital having MRI, CAT Scans etc. done, still no reason why.  This is why I was asking about the low blood sugar and it causes seizures????  Dont know why his blood sugar would have dropped that low in the middle of the night, causing a seizure, is this possible, Anyone else have any ideas.  It has been 5 years since he had that seizure and I still look in on his a bunch at night!  It scared me to death!  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks, Angie
