I have SWCAH and have had two children (4 1/2yrs  & 5 months) With both I had C-Sections because I have had vaginal surgeries which we didn’t want to mess up and simply due to the fact that it is much easier to control my cortisol levels during birth which is obviously stressful. (C-Sections take less time.) Best decision for me...
