Our SWCAH daughter will be 6 next week.   We have never added extra salt to her food, she was never given extra salt as a baby, and she has never craved salt or salty foods.   She takes .05 mg of Florinef per day (half a tablet).    We introduced our daughter to a sippy cup at about 8 months, she never liked juice, preferred plain water.  By 12 months she was drinking water and milk from a sippy cup.  I also did the same thing with her two younger sisters.
