I’m not a doctor but I work with 8-10 year old kids. I teach 3/4 grades. Some are young and have skipped grades or are old and have stayed back a grade. Anyway, several have strong body odor at this age. They seem normal height. Several have breast buds developing too. I think puberty is happening at an earlier age. Julia
