MRHi there, puberty may be happening at an early age nowadays, but considering you have one child with cah you should view this as a red flag. Maybe you should at least have your daughter’s boneage looked at, and have a stim test to rule out nonclassic cah. I had both of my children tested even though they didn’t show typical signs. My son is a carrier and my daughter has locah like me. Her boneage had advanced 2 years. In a way I am almost more worried for my son, because I don’t know what to expect for him. I feel that many carriers have (other symptoms) at least with cah we know what to do, but we don’t know how to help treat carriers exactly.
Doctors really don’t tell us much thats why we have boards like this. Without them we would be in the dark for the most part.
Also I would like to add that my mother is a carrier and she went through puberty early, had her period at age 10 and so did I. But mind you when she was 10 it was 46 years ago. Quite early for those days. My father has passed, he also developed early and I believe in my heart that he had locah.
If you think you have symptoms yourself, it wouldn’t hurt for you to be tested too. Good luck I hope you get to the root of this. Take care
