Hello and welcome!  I have a little boy who’s almost 2 and has SWCAH.  He is active, happy, and very healthy - he actually gets sick a lot less than my 2 nephews the same age who don’t have CAH.  It’s true that many children with this condition have weight issues, but not all of them.  My son is lower on the charts for weight than he is for height, but he’s pretty close to average on both.  Thinks will get easier in time, as you gain more knowledge and become more comfortable with meds, etc.  This board is one of the best supports for our family; hopefully, it will be for yours as well.
