I am in Washington. Tri-Cities, Richland to be exact. I have twins 7 yrs B/G but they don’t have CAH. I have CAH. I am 39 yr old who got diagnosed in 6th grade. I have one of the rarest. 17 OH deficiency. Born without a uterus and ovaries but small gonads were found at 1 yr during exploratory surgery on a second hernia. Therefore I have XY chromosomes but raised a girl. Normal or almost normal external female organs. Been on cortisone and estrogen since 6th grade.

Our twins were IVF babies. We had an egg donor, my husbands sperm and my sister in law carried them for us.

Just thought I’d share. Sorry I couldn’t help in other ways, but always here for support. Nice to know others are out here. We are originally from Wisconsin and moved here from Texas 7 yrs ago. No relatives in state either.
