Isaiah will become very dehydrated when he is not taking his medications along with his normal food.  When he has gastro you need to increase his steroids.  The Cares site will tell you all about it and how to do it.  When he has been in hospital what have they been feeding him on? as he seems to be okay on that.  Also look at the John Hopkins Hospital booklet on CAH.
