Natalie, so glad the humidifier seems to work well. We frequently use a cool mist one for my younger son (no CAH)

Just a word of caution with humidifiers. I am a big fan of them because they seem to help so much in the dry winter months, however, I have noticed and read about potential big problems with them being germ factories. I think they recommend cleaning them every couple of days with bleach. I notice if I go more than 4 days there is a kind of slime on the bottom of the area where the water pools. If I wait 5+ days it has turned to the reddish slime (Yuk, yuk).
