My lay opinion is -- while CAH kids do take steroids on a regular basis, the primary purpose is to reduce the total amount of steroids in the body and maintain a more normal level. If they are testing for specific forms of steroids then the test would come back positive -- but since that would be due to medication I seriously doubt there’d be a problem. If the test for the quantity of steroids, then there would be no problem because a CAH person should have at least the same level of hormones in their body, after the meds, as a non-CAH person.

I would think here in the US the ADA would prevent someone from being discriminated against based on a medical condition.
