We’re glad to have you here.  I (as do all the parents here) know how overwhelming it can be at first, but I promise, it gets better every day.  We have two sons who are 2 1/2 and 9 months old,  and both have SWCAH.  After the birth of my first son, and after almost losing him before his diagnosis, I never would have imagined that we would have gone on to have another child.  Although I never would have dreamed this for them, this is our life -and it is "normal" for us -our sons, thank God, are very healthy & except for a flu bug my first son had at 3months, we have not had any major illnesses (regular colds, a few fevers...).  I know there will be challenges down the road, ut we’ll deal with them the best we can.  Just try to be as informed and careful as possible -but let him have a "normal" life. We’re truly blessed to have these little miracles.  Best wishes to you, your wife, and little one.
