has anyone tried any herbal or holistic remedies for fatigue?  my dr. receintly took me off of the birth control pill due to high blood pressure.  thinking back to how i was before the pill, i was allways in a fog and tired.  i don’t want to go back to that, so i’m hoping there is a suppliment i can take to prevent.
