Misty- Would you suggest getting the ginseng from a pill form or is it something better to get from the actual root? I am not real experienced in herbal medicine but I do know that I am very tired even when I get 8 hours of sleep. I think sometimes I am so stressed that I am not really resting when I am asleep. Is there anything herbal you could suggest that might help with nerves at all? IDana To: Misty
