Keep checking on the computer for charities that might help you. I know there is one called make a wish, for kids with cancer???? Maybe they do other things or maybe somebody like Mayo Clinic might be able to help you, or John Hopkins University, or University Of Michigan Hospital?????????????????? ????  The all have websites and contacts via e-mail.
