I received one from my endo but honestly have never had time to call and follow up with the endo to ask why they wanted it.  I do think it has to do with female CAH patients having urinary problems before surgery and maybe the prognosis after.  Again don’t quote me on it but I do think that’s what it’s about.  I can tell you this go with your gut feeling if you don’t feel comfortable please don’t feel pressured by anyone!  Take care Jenny
