re: re: Any CAH kids out there on growth hormone?

I have no idea if undersuppressed kids are thin- my daughter’s always been a bit oversuppressed! But are most undersuppressed kids on the skinny side? I imagine that there are some that are and some that aren’t.

Basically, I’m trying figure out how cortisol, ghrelin, and growth hormone relate to one another. I believe that higher cortisol levels mean greater ghrelin levels, but there are some kinks to my hypotheses on that. Ghrelin also causes release of growth hormone, and since our oversuppressed kids have ’underaged’ bone ages- I don’t know, it just seems like there’s a link somewhere that someone’s looking over.

Sorry if I got too technical and geeky!
