When I went in to get an ultrasound at 8 weeks gestation with my son (SWCAH), they found a gallstone before they even found him, it was the first of many to come.  By the end of my pregnancy the gallbladder was basically useless and filled with stones.  I had to have an emergency gallbladderectomy(?)
