Isaac-  Have you been to Cares web site yet?  There is a CAH support group in Oregon with CARES you can go to the website and get information on how to contact the person.  There is alot of information on Cares website that could help you and your wife.  There are newsletters that are sent to your e-mail or home address also.  Take Care Isaac if you have any questions we would be more than happy to answer any!
