I am also in Oregon and take my 2 month old daughter to Dr. Boston at Doerenbechers as well.  We will be heading up that way next week for a check up with him(4 hour drive).  Dr. Skoog is the urologist we have been seeing but I am not sure who is going to do her surgery.  I am looking around for the best I can find.  My daughter so far has responded very well to her meds.  Her weight gain has been good and appetite excellent. I am still very new to this but  I have found a lot of answers on this site as well as the CARES website.
