I started dex at  61/2 weeks pregnant with both my kids and had a CVS at 13 weeks.  Wtih my boy I found out his sex the next day so I weened off in 2 weeks and with my girl (who was unaffected) I had to wait a bit longer to find out if she had CAH before I could wean off but both were done by about 15 1/2 weeks.  All the best.
