I was under the impression that this type of cortisone was only absorbed orally ... (just like some kinds can only be absorbed intra-muscularily) ???

Tonia: have you had your kidney stones analyzed to see what is causing them?? I passed several on 3 seperate occasions, and the last time managed to take one in for analysis at the advice of my doctor. Turns out it was the "oxilate" kind, and - besides hereditary disposition - was being aggravated by my diet. Since being put on a low oxilate diet - no tea, coffee, chocolate, nuts, beets, and a few other bizarre things - I’ve had no trouble now in about 2 yrs.

There are lots of sites on the internet that outline low oxilate diets, or if you’re interested, let me know and I can e-mail you a copy of mine. I’ll be praying for you ... stones are NO fun!!!
