 I would think the infants head would be swollen if she were in the birth canal and then they decided to do caserean birth. The hair could be just genetics....my grandaughter is very hairy , but her OTHER grandamothers said all her girls were that way. They are Mexican. As far as her genitals looking normal........well so did my Grandaughters and then she went into adrenal crisis at 13 months and was diagnosed with swcah. Have her checked and rechecked if you must to MAKE SURE she is OK.
