Kidney stones aren’t fun are they?!  :)  My kidney stones are calcium oxilate.  I’ve had several analyzed and that is what they come back as.  On the last IVP I had I just cried!  My kidneys looked like speckled eggs there were so many stones in there.  They are big and small.  The urologist didn’t want to do lithotripsy because I keep making them at such a fast pace.  I drink water, water and more water.  I wake up to 1/2 cup of coffee in the morning and drink no soda, tea, or anything else.  My sister stayed in the Mayo clinic for 3 weeks and they couldn’t explain her stones.  She makes them like I do.  We’re just feeling a bit hopeless here and frustrated.  So anything you got, I would love to hear or read!  :)

I would love for you to email me the diet you have.  I’ve tried several things over the years and I’m willing try anything.  Also any website links you have would be great.  Thanks for your input.
