I was one of those addicts after a cold I had. It is horrible because they say the more of that over the counter stuff you use, the more your body will begin to need. We try and use the over the counter stuff sparingly. Like one nostril and then we alternate. But like I said before, after the adenoids came out the only time we need nose spray now is for a cold. Her allergies still exists though. Wish the adenoids took out the allergies too. BUT it did alleviate ALOT of that stuffiness that came with the swelled nasal passages with the allergies. Ew.
