Thanks to all of you who answered my last question about taking dex during pregnancy.  I just finished with a visit to my ob/gyn today.  He is concerned about giving me the dex when I get pregnant because he says that the dex can cause cleft palattes and cleft lips.  Has anyone ever heard of this and if so, does anyone know of a CAH kid born with one of these birth defects?  I am a little concerned because my father was born with a extremely high palatte and my mother was born with a cleft lip, so I am trying to get all the information possible.
