My 9 yr old daughter was getting pubic hair, facial hair last yr. I got concerned that it might be too early for this so I mentioned it to her MD. The MD referred us to Childrens Hospital Endo dept where she was tested for CAH.

The Endocrinologist just called with the results....she DOES NOT HAVE CAH.

I think I may be ignorant here but I feel like she dodged a big bullet....what exactly is CAH? It sounds very serious...Poor kids!
