ive had a mexical alert since i was born and now that im 21 i gave up the whole necklace idea and got it tattooed on my wrist... i did not put down what i have because i dont want people bugging me as to what it says..... but thats just an idea for others.... and yes doctors, nurses, emt, they all recognize it as medical alert not as a symbol..
