He was not on the meds when he had the blood drawn for the 17 OHP. They started the Cortef about 3 days after the test was done. He is still having a problem maintaing his sugar level. His lowest has been a 60 reading and his endo says anything below 40 is considered hypoglycemic, but 60 is not great either. They would rather have him in the 80s. Funny thing is, he reads 60s and 70s in the morning and afternoon, and 80s in the evening. He was induced 2 weeks early because I had high blood pressure which couldn’t be controlled, even on meds. He weighed 5 lbs. 2 oz at birth and had almost no body fat. He was on the low end gfor his gestational age.
