Was your daughter totally out of range for CAH or could she be a carrier?  Pubic hair at 9 isn’t terribly young.  Is the facial hair very pronounced?  If she starts getting little breasts soon, then she’s just getting puberty a little early.  If she doesn’t get breasts for a while, then I would wonder.
