75% of people with classical CAH have salt wasting the other 25% have simple-virilizing. Late Onset is an option to its own. I gather that the three do have degrees of over lapping.    It was first thought that I had Salt-wasting then they thought no CAH and then realized it was simple virilizing but it wasn’t until 14 years later the it was found that I had 11-hydroxylase and not 21.   I can relate.
