My youngest SWCAH boy was on 4 Florinef per day when he was a baby,  only way to keep his sodium level OK,  his blood pressure was high,  he was kind of red all of the time....by the time he was 1 1/2 he was down to 1 Florinef per day and his blood pressure is normal.  I think with the little ones it can be difficult to find a good balance.
